Penn State COVID Rules Likely To Remain For Now
Penn State hasn't seen a normal school year for almost 2 years. This Fall, classes are back in person and COVID cases are trending down, but that doesn't mean COVID restrictions will change anytime soon. Kiley Hill reports.
