Sexual Assault and Harassment at Penn State

A total of three sexual assaults have been reported so far this semester at Penn State's University Park campus, and two of them involved someone "unknown" to the victim. Although these unknown reports can be more alarming to those receiving alerts, the description may not mean what you think. Reporter Mandy Bell explains.
