The 120-day grace period for the no texting while driving ban in Pennsylvania, implemented by legislators in November of 2011, is now over.  According to the law, motorists may continue  using their cell phones to make or receive calls.  Text messages, internet surfing, or using the device in any other manner is illegal and violators are subject to fines.  Centre County resident Sean Miller gave his reaction to the ban.
