Another Nittany Lion is off the board in the 2022 NFL Draft, and this time its edge rusher Arnold Ebektie, who was taken by the Atlanta Falcons in the second round with the 38th pick.

The redshirt senior and the former four-star recruit was a pivotal member of the defensive line in his lone season in Happy Valley.

He started in all 13 games tallying 62 tackles with 9.5 sacks, 17 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, seven quarterback hurries and two blocked kicks

The Silver Spring, Maryland, native finished second in the Big Ten in tackles for loss and third in sacks.

At Temple, Ebeketie was named an All-AAC second-team honoree in 2020. He led the Owls in tackles for loss (8.5), sacks (4), and forced fumbles (3) during the 2020 campaign.

Ebeketie will look to make an impact off the edge in Atlanta.
