Entertainment Rewind: Week of March 22

This year’s Oscars nominees were announced Monday. The list included the most eligible nominees of any year in recent history despite most movies not having a theatrical release due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Netflix’s movie “Mank” leads the pack with 10 nominations, including Best Picture.

Armie Hammer is under investigation after a woman came forward alleging the actor raped her in 2017.

The daytime TV talk show “The Talk” is seeing a second hiatus in the past few weeks. One of the show’s hosts Sharon Osbourne has been accused of using racist and homophobic language on set.

HBO Max has released Zack Snyder’s “Justice League,” a retake on the film by the director.

People took to Twitter to remember the rebooted version of the childhood show “Magic School Bus.”
