Here are five games on this week’s slate highlighted, predicting both the winner and the spread.
Jets vs. Bills

The Buffalo Bills are going to be back at full strength offensively with the addition of starting tight end Dawson Knox coming off of injured reserve. The Bills suffered a devastating loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and look to bounce back against a struggling Jets team.
Plus, the Bills average an impressive 29.4 points a game, which is currently 4th in the entire NFL.
The pick: Bills -12.5
Titans vs. Saints
The line for this matchup is Titans -3 and Saints +3
The Tennessee Titans are coming off a massive upset victory against the Los Angeles Rams. Unfortunately, star running back Derrick Henry is out with an injury, but the Titans have not lost their stride.
The Titans look to continue to rely on their disruptive defense again this week, as well as the Saints will be missing their star running back, Alvin Kamara is out with an injury.
The pick: Tennessee -3
Colts vs. Jaguars
The line for this game is Colts -10.5 and Jaguars +10.5
The Indianapolis Colts have had a fantastic streak of scoring, posting 25+ points in six straight games. Team leaders Carson Wentz and Jonathan Taylor have been playing stellar this season so far.
They look to continue the 25 points per game streak against the struggling 2-6 Jaguars, even coming off of a huge upset of the Buffalo Bills.
The pick: Colts -10.5
Rams vs. 49ers
The odds for this game are Rams -3.5 and 49ers +3.5
The offensive juggernauts of the Los Angeles Rams look to get a key divisional win against the 3-5 49ers. Also, Los Angeles recently acquired talented veterans Odell Beckham Jr. and Von Miller to their squad.
They already sit at 7-2 and look to continue their winning ways against the 49ers this week.
The pick: Rams -3.5
Cardinals vs. Panthers

The Cardinals come into this heavily favored matchup seeking to climb to 9-1 which will be the best record they've had since 2015. Arizona's starting running back James Conner is currently leading the league in rushing touchdowns.
The Cardinals will continue to rely on the run game against the Panthers who have allowed over a thousand rushing yards this season so far to opponents.
