The NFL has been anything but predictable this year. This season has been filled with surprise teams like the Jets, Giants and Seahawks.

The Jets, Giants and Seahakws were all picked to finish in the bottom half of the league, but as we approach Thanksgiving, those teams are prime for a playoff run.

The Jets are on a bye this week, but the Giants and Seahawks have another week to make a statement. The Seahawks travel to Tampa Bay to take on the struggling Buccaneers.

The NFL this year has been categorized by surprise teams and washed up quarterbacks. Not only does Seattle have a big opportunity to make a statement, but Tom Brady has a chance to turn his season around.

Vikings at Bills (Bills -3.5)
My Pick: Bills -3.5

The game of the week is in Buffalo. The Bills, off a defeat to the Jets, look to rebound against the 7-1 Vikings.  Minnesota has the second best record in the NFL just behind the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Vikings have surprisingly emerged as one of the top dogs in the league. Minnesota in Kevin O’Connell’s first year has completely transformed their offense.

Kirk Cousin was looked at as a game manager, but Cousins is now seen as a serious MVP candidate alongside some dangerous weapons in Justin Jefferson and Dalvin Cook.

However, the Bills are the team needing a win, and this is the Vikings’ first big test. Josh Allen did struggle last week, and his health is in question, but the Bills have the most talented roster in football.

Cousin’s fairy tale run will end, and he will turn back into a pumpkin. While the Bills and Josh Allen will get right against a huge opponent. Take Bills plus the points.

Cowboys at Packers (Cowboys -4.5)
My Pick: Cowboys -4.5

There is no way around it, the Packers are a bad football team. This is not the same Packers we have seen the last couple of years.

Aaron Rodgers is finally showing his age and the loss of Davante Adams had a bigger impact than initially thought. Everyone is waiting for Green Bay to turn it around, but I don’t think that's gonna happen.Good teams don’t lose to the Commanders and the Lions.

On the other hand, the Cowboys are legit. Led by Micah Parson, the Cowboys have one of the best defenses in the NFL. Dan Quinn has shown he knows how to coach good defenses.

The Cowboys and the Packers always play each other close, but this year is different. The Packers have given up on their season.

Seahawks at Buccaneers (Buccaneers -2.5)
My Pick: Seahawks +2.5

Similar to the Packers, the Buccaneers are done.

Tampa Bay has one of the worst running attacks in the NFL and father time might have caught up with Tom Brady.

Everyone has waited for the Seahawks magical end to come to an end, but the Seahawks have proved everyone wrong. This has been Pete Carrol’s best coaching job.

No Russell Wilson, no problem. Geno Smith has filled in nicely, and the rookie class for Seattle is elite. Tariq Woolen and Kenneth Walker are both contenders for offensive and defensive rookie of the year.

Surprised Seattle is the underdog. They are the clear better team.
