Hello, I'm Kayla. I am a senior broadcast journalism student at Penn State University. I am from Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania which is a smaller town located in Central Pennsylvania. It intrigues me that when I tell people this they automatically say "oh, so we will see you on the news someday." Although I don't mind being on camera, I really hope to someday have a career in either editing video/images or creating social media while analyzing trends. Throughout my college career I have been able to experience four internships. Although I have been very dedicated to my work both inside the classroom and outside, I do manage to work a part time job and find time for myself. During my me time, you can find me outside walking at a park or binge watching "The Office" on Netflix for the third time. I would consider myself a hardworking person and hope to fit in well with a company someday.
