Holly Mason

Senior / Broadcast Journalism

I am currently a senior at The Pennsylvania State University. I am majoring in Broadcast Journalism and minioring in Political Science, Spanish and International Relations. I have a passion for mass communications and news, and aspire a career in reporting and news upon my graduation in the Spring of 2017.My several hands-on opportunities at Penn State has given me several skills and experiences that I will be able to utilize in my future work in reporting. I also have a passion in advertising and sales. I have previously worked at TjMaxx and currently at Blue IV Boutique in State College. This past summer I had an internship with Gatorade. I promoted gatorade products and distributed them throughout the Penn State athletic camps. I continue to strive towards my goal in becoming a successful broadcast journalist, reporting on events affecting the everyday lives of citizens. I look forward to graduating in the Spring to continue to create more positive experiences and to pursue my goals.
