Max Wetherington has been playing the mandolin guitar for two years.

He was exposed to music at an early age. He started on the piano, which led him to want to learn new instruments. A spontaneous trip to the music store resulted in him picking up the mandolin.

During his stressful time as a research engineer graduate student at The Pennsylvania State University, Wetherington enjoys picking up his mandolin and letting go all his worries. He also enjoys getting together with his friends to play blues and folk music downtown at bars and clubs. It's his way of getting his passion of music during his busy schedule.
