Alex Owens has spent years cultivating her love and skill for art after a childhood injury forced Alex inside during elementary school recess. She found herself keeping her hands busy with crafts and art projects to keep up with her running mind.

Alex Suffers from ADD but does not let that get in the way of reaching her goals and fulfilling her potential. As a self-described ambitious worker, Alex fills her days stretching canvas, finding subjects and working on her oil painting skills.

Senior / Public Relations

Nicole is a senior at Penn State who will be graduating in May 2015 with a Baccalaureate degree in Public Relations with minors in Business and Entrepreneurship Innovation. During her college career Nicole has been a very active member of The Penn State Thespians and has been the chair person for their production of MasquerAIDS for both the 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 school years. Nicole has also been involved in Valley Magazine and the College of Communications student council. She also works part time at Nittany Notes in State College, PA.

This past summer she interned at The Star Group, a communications agency in Philadelphia, PA., where she learned several new public relations skills. Before this internship she had also used public relations loosely during her internships at The Bryce Jordan Center and Beasley Broadcast Group.

Upon graduating Nicole hopes to find a position that will challenge her and allow her to interact with interesting people every day.

Senior / Broadcast Journalism

Meghan is a Penn State graduate with a major in broadcast journalism and a
minor in sociology. She has interned at Pocono Raceway, in long Pong Pa
doing social media and interactive. She has also interned at Global Health
strategies as a Global Heath Communications intern in New York. Meghan has
been a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority for 4 years and served in a
variety of position including a member of the executive board at the
Director of Standards and ethics. Meghan is also a member of the college of
communications program and student philanthropy council. Upon graduating
Meghan hopes to find a position in social media.
