Brett Allen is a senior here at Penn State and has drastically changed his body. Things began to look up for him when he hit high school and decided to play football. Now, he works out 5 days a week and eats a healthy diet. He plans on maintaining this lifestyle as long as he can. The goal, to be mentally and physically strong.
