Jean-Claude Forte A.K.A Young Claude is a West Philadelphia based rapper, who dreams to one day make it big as a lyricist. Claude’s early life was solely focused on a different talent, basketball, which he played a majority of his life. Even though basketball was his first love, rapping was something that was always in the landscape.
