Homecoming Weekend at Penn State

Penn State hosts its 102nd annual Homecoming week, including the 99th annual Homecoming Parade. However, the large amount of families, friends, and alumni has downtown businesses wondering if they'll be affected by the labor shortage. Reporter Lexy Leidlein has more.
