My name is Shannon and I am senior at Penn State University’s University Park campus. I am currently studying broadcast journalism with an interest in entertainment reporting and editorial writing.

I am currently interning with NBC Universal as Penn State’s campus representative which allows me to promote NBC Universal movies and television shows on campus. I previously worked as a contributing editor with TigerBeat Magazine where I published articles daily and interview celebrities. I also spent time working in New York City at Oath, a Verizon subsidiary, where I focused on internal communications and marketing. Along with my internship experience, I am involved in many academic clubs across campus such as Ed2010, THON and ComRadio.
