Student enjoys days at the range

Michael Loquasto, a history and Russian major, enjoys studying the Napoleonic era. He especially enjoys studying the warfare that took place at the time.
When Loquasto isn’t studying, he is out shooting targets, his favorite hobby. Loquasto became interested in shooting because of his grandfather. He said there is a misconception that people who shoot are “rednecks”.
“Other people who are not ‘redneck’ shoot. People who live in the city also go shooting,” he said.
Loquasto said that when you go shooting once, you’ll want to go again.
