THON 2017 Dancer Missi Townsend Relies on Inspiration, Healthy Diet for THON
Missi Townsend, a senior at Penn State, has worked tirelessly for four years in hopes of being picked as a dancer in THON. Now that she has been selected, Missi has revamped her routine to include healthy eating, exercising and reflection. She has increased her fruit intake, attended pilates classes and reflected on why she is dancing in this 46 hour dance marathon. There is one particular source of inspiration, however, that has really put everything in perspective as she prepares to dance in THON.
