Madison Underwood is a senior Psychology major at Penn State. She is on the Special Events Committee of THON. She and her committee are responsible for planning and executing all of the events pertaining to THON throughout the year including the THON 5K and the Children’s run. Madison and her committee  were responsible for making posters to hold during the children’s race and cheer them on during it. After much preparation Madison and her committee enjoyed the 5K by holding their signs and cheering on the children.

When the committee isn’t hosting or planning events, they do ice breaker activities throughout the year to bond with each other and become a better team. Madison has become very close with her committee and is excited for the THON events to come.
