THON child provides inspiration for volunteer
Dean Chakhman is a Penn State junior majoring in economics. He says he got involved with THON through his fraternity (Delta Upsilon) and ever since loved being apart of it. He says he was deeply inspired by his THON child Daniel Testa, he said Testa’s daily happiness and fight with cancer motivates him to be enthusiastic about Thon.
