Tour de State takes bar tour house to house

Tour de State is an event that occurs every April. It began as a fundraiser for Billy Lake, who passed away 10 years ago, of a group of Penn State seniors. They began Tour de State which is basically a bar tour that goes around to houses. The money that is raised goes to the Billy Lake Foundation.
