When thinking of places to vote we think of a church, fire hall, or library. However, Mike’s Video TV & Appliances located on N. Atherton Street in State College is just that, a polling place. For 30 years this local business has served as a place where community members can let their voices be heard in the act of voting. Mike’s Video TV & Appliances was labeled as one of the top 10 most unique places to vote in the United States by Huffington Post.
