Wescott finds a career in Penn State’s music scene

Devon Wescott is a senior who is double-majoring in marketing and public relations at Penn State University. Throughout high school, Devon struggled to find her passion. When arriving at Penn State, she realized how big the music scene is and discovered that she loves listening to and finding new music.
Devon aspires to work in the music industry after graduation in May, and has had internships in the music field to take steps closer to her dream. Devon has an internship at the Bryce Jordan Center, where she assists artists during their performances by prepping their dressing rooms and working with the press. She also writes for "State In The Real," which is a website that discovers new talent and posts about new and interesting music.
