Penn State in the NFL: Week 6

Week 6 in the NFL is a time where most teams know where they stand or have a good idea on where they are heading. 
Here is how the former Penn Staters in the NFL fared this week.

Buccaneers (28) at Eagles (22)

Donovan Smith was a part of the unit that allowed zero sacks on Tom Brady while Chris Godwin helped the offense by having 43 yards on five catches.

Miles Sanders helped the Eagles in the second half by gaining a total of 66 yards on 11 touches.

Packers (24) at Bears (14)

Adrian Amos had three tackles in the Packers’ win.

Allen Robinson led the Bears with 53 yards on four catches while Jesse James served as a backup tight end.

Bengals (34) at Lions (11)

Amani Oruwariye picked off Joe Burrow while also having two tackles and a pass defended. Jason Cabinda was the fullback for the Lions.

Texans (3) at Colts (31)

Robert Windsor remained on injured reserve. Will Fries and Jordan Lucas served as backups for the Colts.

Rams (38) at Giants (11)

Nick Scott made two tackles in the Rams’ victory.

Saquon Barkley was out with an ankle injury and Cam Brown remains on injured reserve for the Giants. Austin Johnson had six tackles lined up at defensive tackle.

Chiefs (31) at Football Team (13)

Troy Apke and Shaka Toney served as backups for Washington in this game.

Vikings (34) at Panthers (28)

Dan Chisena is back for the Vikings and played his special teams ace role comparable to that of Matthew Slater in New England.

Yetur Gross-Matos and DaQuan Jones served as backups for the Panthers in this game.

Chargers (6) at Ravens (34)

Odafe Oweh did not play a major role in the game while Trace McSorley remained on the Ravens practice squad.

Cardinals (37) at Browns (14)

Michael Menet remained on the Cardinals practice squad while Ross Travis served as a backup tight end in the game. Jack Crawford is still on injured reserve.

Raiders (34) at Broncos (24)

Carl Nassib had a tackle in the game while Nick Bowers was the third string tight end for the Raiders. KJ Hamler is still on injured reserve.

Cowboys (35) at Patriots (29)

Connor McGovern was a part of the group that did not allow a sack while Micah Parsons made five tackles against the Patriots.

Seahawks (20) at Steelers (23)

John Reid was inactive for the Seahawks. Pat Freiermuth caught all seven of his targets for 58 yards and Marcus Allen served as a backup linebacker.

Bills (31) at Titans (34)

Sam Ficken is still on injured reserve for the Titans. Ryan Bates served as a backup offensive lineman for the Bills.

Bye Weeks

Chris Hogan, Juwan Johnson, Blake Gillikin, Robbie Gould and Kevin Givens were all on bye weeks this week.
