On March 4, The multimedia reporting class had their last day of class before spring break. They left for spring break with the expectation of returning in a week, blissfully unaware that this would be their last in-person class for the spring semester due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, in their own homes, COMM481 students are reflecting on how rapidly every day life is changing with the new normal of physical distancing and safer-at-home orders. By recording a message to their younger self, each student observed just how much of a different experience everyone is having based on their location and home situation.
