College of Communications coverage of THON 2012: Index
More than 120 students from Penn State University's College of Communications are working to cover the Interfraternity Council/Panhellenic Dance Marathon this weekend.
One group of students is producing the live THON video feed that is streamed on ComMedia and UStream with technical assistance from WPSU. Visual journalism students are producing a series of photo galleries. Multimedia students are producing profiles of people participating in, or affected by THON. ComRadio will broadcast live from the BJC during the first and last four hours of THON. The Centre County Report will do a live cut-in on campus cable just before the fund-raising totsl is revealed.
