Kiah Seymour is a member of the Penn State Women's Track and Field Team. Track has been in her family since she was 8 years old She runs 400m hurdles and is now a junior. She has been a part of three Big Ten Titles and has won NCAA's for 400m hurdles and also won 1st place in the USA under 23 team for 400m hurdles.
She believes making the Olympic team would be gratifying because it would recognize all the hard work she has put in to become an accomplished hurdler. She says she wants people to realize how serious athletes take their profession and believes that you have to be willing to put the work in to become great, it doesn't happen overnight.

Paul Jones is pursing a broadcast journalism degree with an interest in sports production. He worked for Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics as a camera operator, has interned at ESPN 1450 and is the co-host of Real Talk on ComRadio. In the future, he hopes to be involved in sports whether it’s production or as an on-air talent.
