The Big Ten announced changes to conference schedules for all 14 football teams Friday, and Penn State’s will have some tweaks.

The Nittany Lions’ first four games of the season remain unchanged, as the blue and white will travel to Wisconsin for its season opener with the Badgers before hosting Ball State, Auburn and Villanova three weeks in a row to round out the month of September.

Instead of the next opponent being Iowa, Penn State will host Indiana on Oct. 2. The Nittany Lions will then travel to Iowa City for a road battle with the Hawkeyes that will be followed by a mid-October bye week.

After the break, the Nittany Lions will host Illinois before a pair of road matchups with Ohio State and Maryland on Oct. 30 and Nov. 6, respectively.

The blue and white’s final two home games of the season will see Penn State pitted against Michigan on Nov. 13 and Rutgers on Nov. 20. To finish the regular season, the Nittany Lions and Michigan State Spartans will clash in East Lansing in the fight for the Land Grant Trophy.
