Joe Paterno Fired
Just after 10 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Nov. 9, members of the Penn State Board of Trustees notified the media in a press conference that legendar head coach Joe Paterno has been relieved of his duties as the coach of Penn State. The status of Mike McQueary and Paterno's son Jay remained unchanged.
Media were also informed that Graham Spanier was no longer the President of Penn State University.
Defensive Coordinator Tom Bradley wil serve as the interim head coach of the Football team. Rodney Erickson will serve as the interim President of the school.
