After a spectacular Week 4 going 7-3, I’m back with my best bets of the week to steal more money from your sportsbooks!

Sunday, Oct. 9 - Giants @ Packers (-8, 41.5)

Opening the Week 5 Sunday slate is an interconference matchup between the 3-1 Giants and Packers. They are vastly different 3-win teams however, as the Packers are seen as a serious contender in the NFC, while the Giants are seen as a fluke.
I have to somewhat agree, as I believe the Packers take this game with ease. While being credited for being “home,” this game will take place in London, where Green Bay is the only NFL team yet to make the trip. I expect this game to start slow, but Green Bay will find a way to cover -8 in a steady scoring affair that stays under 41.5.

Sunday, Oct. 9 - Steelers @ Bills (-14, 46.5)

Buffalo won its first one-score game in the last two years last week against the Ravens and come into Week 5 as giant home favorites against the Steelers. As I have mentioned before, 17 of Buffalo’s previous wins (excluding last week) have come by 10 or more points.

I fully expect that trend to continue in this game, as the Steelers will throw their first round quarterback Kenny Pickett into the fire against the NFL’s top-ranked defense. Buffalo will confidently cover -14, in a game that goes over 46.5, strictly due to the Bills scoring 40+.

Sunday, Oct. 9 - Cowboys @ Rams (-5.5, 42.5)

Cooper Rush has led the Cowboys to three-straight victories since taking over for the injured Dak Prescott. Los Angeles is coming off a tough divisional loss last week to the Niners (as I predicted) and get a chance to steal an interconference game at home against Dallas this week.

Matt Stafford will face a top-two passing defense with an outstanding pass rush featuring Micah Parsons and Demarcus Lawrence, but Dallas has to worry about All-Pro wide receiver Cooper Kupp. I expect this game to be a somewhat defensive battle, that the Rams will come out on top in. Rams will cover -5.5, and the game stays under 42.5.

Sunday, Oct. 9 - Bengals @ Ravens (-3.5, 47.5)

Sunday Night Football features an AFC North battle between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Baltimore Ravens. Last season, Cincinnati won both matchups against Baltimore by a combined score of 82-38.

Many believe the Bengals will repeat their success against the Ravens, but I am not one of those people. Lamar Jackson should be the favorite for MVP at this moment, and that rushing offense should gash Cincy’s front seven. I fully expect the Ravens to cover -3.5 easily, in a game that goes over 47.5.

Monday, Oct. 10 - Raiders @ Chiefs (-7.5, 51.5)

This game is prepping up to be a Monday night massacre in Kansas City, Missouri. Leading the AFC West at 3-1, the Chiefs should handle their “little brother” division rival standing at 1-3. Patrick Mahomes has been one of, if not the best, player in football this year, and the Las Vegas Raiders will not be able to slow him down. With a top five scoring offense in the NFL, the Chiefs will win in a blowout, and cover the -7.5 points in a game that stays under 51.5. Final score prediction: Chiefs 31- 13.
