UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State announced it will host a Care Fair for students from noon to 3 p.m. on April 19 in 134 HUB-Robeson Center, according to a university press release.

The fair will provide an “interactive” and “fun” atmosphere to support students’ mental well-being in preparation for finals week, according to the release. There will be opportunities to learn about stress and sleep management and mindfulness, along with hands-on activities featured at different stations.

Students will be able to create a self-care box, make a “Mind Jar” with water and glue, color in a Penn State coloring book and build a mini sculpture with kinetic sand, the release said.

The event is sponsored by Health and Promotion Wellness, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Campus Recreation, and the College of Health and Human Development.
