Vermont Transfer Jacques Bouquot chooses Penn State

Penn State added more depth for the upcoming 2023-2024 men’s hockey season Monday morning, signing Vermont transfer Jacques Bouquot.

Bouquot was named a captain for the 2022-2023 season with the Catamounts, amassing 15 points in 28 games with just four penalty minutes.

The left-handed forward led Vermont in points his junior season and led the team in assists as a freshman.

An incoming graduate student. Bouquot finished his time in Vermont with 16 goals and 48 points in 107 career games.

The South Windsor, Conn., native marks the second official signee of the 2023-2024 class for head coach Guy Gadowsky and the Nittany Lions, who signed Casey Aman earlier Monday morning.
