Charles Hart is a senior from Long Island, New York majoring in broadcast journalism with minors in political science and sociology. He is a reporter for the Centre County Report. As a member of CommRadio, Charles co-hosted the New York sports talk show Empire State College. Charles has written stories for the Penn State football and basketball teams.
