Basketball guard D.J. Newbill and men's hockey forward Max Gardiner play vastly different sports at Penn State, but they have faced one common challenge -- entering the university as transfer athletes.
Now in his third year at Penn State, guard D.J. Newbill fits right in at a men's basketball practice.
