Kevin Held picks up something he never thought he would

Kevin Held, a senior in mechanical engineering, never thought of himself as much of a musician. He always had a passion in all types of music genres, and loves going to concerts whenever he gets the chance. He never thought of himself that is musically talented, though.

Then when his younger brother bought a guitar kit, Held started to get the idea that it would be fun to learn how to play.

He got himself an acoustic guitar, taught himself with the help from a beginner's book, and took off from there. Even though he doesn't see himself recording and performing anytime in the future, he plays for the personal enjoyment he gets from it and while continue playing and developing as a musician as long as he can.
