Originally from Tennessee, Elisha Clark Halpin has been dancing since she was three years old. Her love of dance quickly transitioned into a career after graduating from Ohio state University. It wasn’t until she began teaching at Penn State that Elisha learned the lessons she had been teaching her students actually were a reflection of missing themes throughout her own life. After becoming ill, and forced to carry around a nebulizer for survival, Elisha knew that there had to be a better way to life. Through research, Elisha began her journey to a more mindful and loving world, a world that she discovered was inside of herself all along. As a empowerment life coach, Elisha believes that the happiness everyone strives to achieve in the world first comes through finding the happiness of yourself, within yourself.
