Ethan Lord, 6, of Sinking Spring, Pa, is caught in the middle of a squirt gun battle at THON 2013 Friday evening. Ethan's sister Alexia Barnett was a THON child who died of cancer in 2011. THON is the largest student-run philanthropy in the world and raises money each year, culminating with a 46-hour dance marathon, to support Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital through its Four Diamonds Fund.
